Rezumat
Sindroamele de cancer ginecologic ereditar sunt prezentate atât prin prisma definirii modului de transmitere a mutaţiilor genetice şi a tipurilor de cancere întâlnite la pacientele cu sindromul de cancer ereditar de sân/ovar ori cu sindromul Lynch II cât şi a testelor genetice şi prevenţiei aplicate cazurilor cu risc crescut pentru aceste afecţiuni
Abstract – Hereditary gynecologic cancer syndromes
Hereditary gynecologic cancer syndromes are defined in terms of hereditary patterns, genetic mutations, types of cancer found in patients with hereditary breast/ovarian cancer syndrome or with Lynch II syndrome, the role of genetic testing in women at risk for these malignancies along with their prevention strategies.
