Rezumat
Lucrarea de fata isi propune sa sublinieze statutul privilegiat al investigatiilor ultrasonografice in diagnosticul pozitiv si diferential al patologiei malformative fetale, in dirijarea unor protocoale de diagnostic si conduite terapeutice optime.
Detaliu in ecografie poate simplifica sau – dimpotriva – poate complica diagnosticul antenatal, cu implicatii majore, in cascada, de ordin terapeutic, administrativ-financiar si emotional.
Abstract – FETAL OMFALOCELE WITH SINGLE UMBILICAL ARTERY
This paper is meant to emphasize the privileged status of the ultrasonographic investigations in the positive and differential diagnosis of the fetus malformed pathology, in directing some optimal diagnosis protocols and therapeutic conducts.
The detail in echography can simplify or – on the contrary – it can complicate the prenatal diagnosis with major complications, of a therapeutic, administrative-financial and emotional character.
