Rezumat: Managementul infecţiei cu virusul imunodeficienţei umane (HIV) în timpul sarcinii şi naşterii

In primul trimestru al anului 2015 au fost raportate 0,25 % cazuri de noi infectii cu virusul imunodeficientei umane (HIV) la pacientele de virsta reproductive – 25-29 de ani, conform raportarilor Institutului de boli infectioase Matei Bals. Screeningul si diagnosticul infectiei HIV in timpul sarcinii sint disponibile si reprezinta parte integranta a diagnosticului prenatal. Introducerea terapiei retrovirale inalt active (HAART) in ultimele decade a redus semnificativ rata de transmitere materno-fetala si mortalitatea prin infectia HIV. Scopul acestui articol este sa prezinte punctul de vedere al obstetricianului confruntat cu aceasta patologie in 2015 , atât in ceea ce priveste onitorizarea sarcinii , cit si in travaliu si modul de nastere al acestor paciente pe baza datelor clinice din literatura.

 Abstract

According to Matei Bals Institute of Infectious Disease , Romania has reported in the first trimester of the year 2015, 0.25 % of new cases of HIV infection in the population age 20 to 29 year older. Prenatal screening and diagnosis for HIV infection during pregnancy is available and become a part of a prenatal diagnosis. . The use of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) during the last decade has significantly reduced the rates of mother-to-child transmission and the HIV mortality. The aim of this article is to review the point of view of the obstetrician in 2015, regarding the optimal management of HIV infection during pregnancy and time delivery based on the data of clinical literature.
