Rezumat
Obiective: S-a propus studiul retrospectiv al nasterilor premature sn Clinica Obstetrica Ginecologie 1.
Material si metoda: Studiul a fost efectuat pe un numar de 2178 de gravide care au nascut prematur in perioada 01.01.1993 – 31.12.2007.
Rezultate: Din totalul de 32522 nasteri 2178 au fost premature, reprezentând un procent de 6,69%, luând ca si criteriu de incadrare indicele ponderal fetal.
Concluzii:Majoritatea gravidelor ce au nascut prematur au avut antecedente obstetricale incarcate, proveneau din medii sociale cu risc, depunând activitate fizica intensa.
Abstract – THE ANALISYS OF THE PREMATURE BIRTH IN 1ST OBSTETRIC ANG GYNECOLOGY CLINIC BETWEEN 1993-2007
Objectives: To study proposed a retrospective study of premature births in Ist Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic.
Material and Method: In study was enroled a number of 2178 pregnant women, who borned prematurely between 01.01.1993 – 31.12.2007.
Results: Of the total of 32,522 births 2178 were premature, this representing 6.69%.
Conclusions: Most pregnant women who were born prematurely had an obstetric history, they had an instens phisical activity.
