Rezumat
O creştere bruscă a cunoştinţelor despre trombofilie a avut loc in ultima decadă şi noi asocieri au putut fi posibile. Complicaţiile sunt comune şi includ pierderile de sarcină, preeclampsia, restricţia de creştere intrauterina,complicaţii care duc la o creştere a morbiditaţii materne si neonatale. Rolul trombofiliei in pierderile recurente de sarcină este controversat si puţin inţeles. Articolul cuprinde o scurtă trecere in literatură a managementului si preventiei sindromului antifosfolipidic.
Abstract – Recurrent pregnancy losses- Cause of Antiphospholipidic syndrome
In the last decade there has been an sudden increase of knowledge about thrombophilias and new association are explored. The complications are common and include pregnancy loss,preeclampsia, intrauterine growth restriction, which are the leading cause of maternal and neonatal morbidity in the developed world. The role of thrombophilia in recurrent spontaneous abortion is controversial and poorly understood. We are presenting below a rewiev of the literature for management and prevention of antiphospholipid syndrome.
