EFICIENTA SCREENINGULUI ANOMALIILOR CROMOZOMIALE IN CLINICA OBSTETRICA GINECOLOGIE I CLUJ – NAPOCA IN ANUL 2008

Rezumat
    Obiectivul studiului este de a evalua eficienta laboratorului de screening prenatal din Clinica Obstetrica Ginecologie I, Cluj- Napoca.

    Material si metoda: In studiu au fost incluse 2348 de paciente. Gravidelor intre 10 -13+6 saptamni l-i sa efectuat screningul de prim trimestru, iar intre 14-19+6 saptamani s-a efectuat screening de trimestrul II. Pragul de decizie a fost stabilit in ambele cazuri 1/250.
    Rezultate: S-au efectuat 628 de teste tn primul trimestru si 1720 in trimestrul II. Din numarul total de gravide examinate in trimestrul I 37 (5,8 I)au avut rezultate pozitive, iar dintre cele 1720 examinate in trimestrul II 127 (7,3) au avut rezultate pozitive.
    Concluzii Rezultatele obtinute in studiul prezent se inscriu in nota generala descrisa in literatura.

Abstract – THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PRENATAL SCREENING IN 1ST OBSTETRIC AND GYNECOLOGY DEPARTMENT IN CLUJ-NAPOCA    

    The aim of the study is to assess the efficiency of the prenatal screening laboratory of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
    Materials and methods:2348 patients were included in the study. The first trimester screening was done between 10-13+6 weeks of pregnancy, the second between 14-19+6 weeks of pregnancy. The decision limit was established in both cases 1/250.
    Results: 628 tests were done in the first trimester and 1720 in the second. Out of the total number of the examined pregnant women, in the first trimester, 37 (5,8 I) had positive results, and in the second trimester, from the 1720 examined patients, 127 (7,3 I) had positive results.
    Conclusions: The results obtained in the present study are included in the general note described in the literature.
